The Logo is smart and round giving friendly feel. 

The Eyes are looking upwards and towards pencil states thinking creative.

The 'J' letter is creating smile, In front of 'J' we have brush strokes by which pencil is formed when combined with tilted 'A'

The brush Stroke also has Tilak - Tika Hidden within it.
